Super Star Rhasidat Adeleke Dares to Believe 

Super star sprinter Rhasidat Adeleke was home in Tallaght and visited her primary school St. Mark’s National School as part of the Dare to Believe Schools Programme, supported by supported by Allianz Ireland. Rhasidat was 4th in Paris 2024 in the 40om and was part of the very successful Irish women’s relay and mixed relays that won European and Global medals. She is primarily based in Austin Texas where she lives and trains professionally. St. Marks were delighted to have Rhasidat come back to visit her school, they welcomed her with a guard of honor, made fantastic art work, asked some excellent questions about training and growing up and participated in a movement break and presented Rhasidat with their road runner chicken, named for it’s speed, Rhasidat.
